Why APX?

In motorsports, identifying the optimal trajectory through a corner's apex is critical for achieving the fastest lap time. Similarly, in product development, each iteration represents an apex - a pivotal moment to learn and refine the product’s design and function. Carefully evaluating the features and technical implementation at each iterative milestone is crucial for accelerating development in order to ultimately deliver a successful product. Just as racers shave precious tenths off their lap times by optimizing corner entry and exit, savvy product leaders trim time-to-market by building their roadmap around decisive apexes. This philosophy serves as the guiding compass for my work.
